The RoleOur client is hiring a Director, Field Marketing & Community to operate our field presence, executive engagement, and always-on community programs as a repeatable pipeline engine. This role is accountable for converting events, executive visibility, and community touchpoints into qualified meetings and pipelines.
This is a senior, execution-heavy role that sits at the intersection of revenue, brand, and leadership visibility. You will own our client’s field marketing strategy, including speakerships, sponsor ships, owned executive events, organic Linked In presence, and our company newsletter. You will work closely with Sales, SDRs, executives, and partners to ensure every Field initiative is designed to drive measurable business outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesField Marketing & Executive Programs
- Own the strategy and execution of all field marketing initiatives, including conferences, speakerships, sponsor ships, and owned executive dinners.
- Design and operate high‑signal executive experiences that generate senior‑level meetings and pipeline.
- Ensure all events have clear follow‑up motions and measurable conversion to meetings and opportunities.
- Own our client’s organic Linked In presence, including company and executive amplification.
- Own the company newsletter as an always‑on channel for community engagement and thought leadership.
- Build consistent external visibility that compounds field conversion and executive credibility.
- Be directly accountable for qualified meetings and pipeline generated from field and community programs.
- Partner with SDRs and Sales to convert engagement into scheduled meetings and opportunities.
- Track and report performance by program, including cost per meeting and pipeline contribution.
- Plan and manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
- Document repeatable field plays that can be scaled across quarters.
- Continuously improve execution quality and conversion through iteration and feedback.
- You have experience owning field marketing, events, or executive programs tied directly to revenue.
- You are comfortable working with senior executives, partners, and customers.
- You think in terms of meetings, pipeline, and conversion— not attendance or impressions.
- You are highly organized, follow through relentlessly, and hold yourself to high standards.
- You thrive in fast‑moving environments and can make things happen with incomplete inputs.

Compensation Range: $140,000 – $170,000 / year (depending on experience)
