This is a hybrid role (minimum of three days per week at our HQ in New York City) and will report directly to the Director of Business Development.

Crafty is seeking a Business Development Representative who will report directly to our Director of Business Development.
The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in driving the growth of Crafty by identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this individual will focus on building strong pipelines, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet ambitious growth targets.
Required Attributes- Resilience: The ability to stay motivated, maintain a positive attitude, and persist through challenges or rejection, adapting to setbacks while continuing to work toward goals with determination.
- Prospecting Strategy: Identify, research, and target potential clients in key industries aligned with Crafty's growth strategy. Use a variety of tools and methods, including Linked In, CRM databases, and outbound outreach campaigns, to connect with prospects.
- Coachability: Being open to constructive criticism, implementing feedback from peers and leadership, and demonstrating continuous improvement in prospecting, communication, and sales techniques.
- Effective Communicator: The ability to clearly and persuasively convey information across various channels, actively listen to understand prospects' needs, tailor messaging to different audiences, and build rapport to establish trust and advance opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of leads in the CRM system. Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-ups.
- 1+ years of professional workforce experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
