We’re seeking a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join our Legal Team at Fora to advise on complex commercial issues, governance, corporate transactions and a variety of other issues, including data & privacy and global regulatory compliance. This is a strategic, hands‑on role in a high‑growth technology environment reporting to the General Counsel – an opportunity to shape scalable processes and partner with business leaders to support Fora’s continued success and further accelerate the growth of Fora globally.

• Serve as a trusted legal advisor across our organization, partnering with teams like Business & International Ops, Travel Partners, Product, Advisor Experience & Finance.
• Lead commercial contracting efforts by drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts, including customer contracts, partnerships, vendor agreements, SaaS/MSAs, marketing contracts, licensing agreements and NDAs.
• Drive our corporate governance and compliance initiatives, ensuring we're operating effectively while adhering to applicable laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
