Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and personable Business Development Intern to join our team for a full-time internship from February through May 2026, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in sales, business development, or client relations. The ideal candidate is confident, curious, and eager to learn how to generate new business and build lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the business development and sales team with lead generation and outreach
  • Research prospective clients, industries, and market opportunities
  • Assist with outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to potential clients
  • Help qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales staff
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect information
  • Prepare basic reports on outreach activity and pipeline progress
  • Participate in sales meetings and learn sales strategy, messaging, and negotiation fundamentals
  • Provide general administrative and sales support as needed
Qualifications & Personality Traits
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, or entrepreneurship
  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

    Comfortable taking initiative and learning through hands-on experience
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (but not required)
