We are seeking an Asana Product Administrator to join the Digital Platforms Enablement group of Client Marketing team. This individual will help manage and evolve the Asana project management platform, which supports how Marketing and Communications teams manage request intake, execute on work streams, and measure outputs across the organization.

Reporting to the Asana Product Owner, this role will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the backend architecture of Asana to improve workflow consistency, efficiency, and connectedness across Marketing and Communications. The successful candidate will leverage Asana’s feature suite to enable an optimal operational model for Marketing & Communications groups.

• Manage the backend and administrative components of Asana, including automation rules, custom fields, project setup, intake forms, and task templates.
• Oversee Asana architecture and structure for Marketing and Communications teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and taxonomy.
• Conduct routine quality assurance checks to maintain platform hygiene and consistency across work spaces, including cleanup and automation validation.
• Support ad hoc requests from teams while ensuring that all platform changes adhere to overall governance and best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for platform architecture, automation, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and anticipate risks based on a deep understanding of platform structure and Marketing operational goals.
• Support build out of Asana AI automation features to improve efficiency and reporting.

• Asana admin/backend experience required
• Comprehensive knowledge of Asana’s suite of features including rules, bundles, fields, forms, projects, portfolios, task & project templates, reporting charts & dashboards
• Experience leveraging Asana to facilitate complex, cross-functional solutions that maintain connectivity while enabling custom workflows by project
• Familiarity with standard Marketing organizational structure and execution models a plus
• Asana AI experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required; additional certifications in project management or Asana administration a plus.

• Person will be working on Asana platform taking care of project management process, backend, workflow, custom dashboard, reports, and end user requests for rules, bundles, fields, forms, projects, portfolios, task & project templates, reporting charts & dashboards

• Need backend and front end exp in Asana or someone with similar platform like  or anything similar tools/platform
• Someone with 2+ years of experience in Asana platform, industry exp like financial will be good to have, however it’s not a deal breaker
• Asana AI exp will be plus, Education bachelors required, PMP and Asana Administrator will be plus
