Location: New York

Coda Search is partnering with a leading investment manager with offices located in NYC. This is a growing firm that has become a market leader in the energy sector and has big plans for 2026. The team is seeking to hire an IR Associate to support fundraising, investor communications, and relationship management across institutional and private capital investors. This role will work closely with senior business development members and investment teams to create investment materials, pitchbooks, manage data, and create reports to help scale the firm’s capital raising efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support fundraising efforts across energy, renewables, and sustainable infrastructure strategies.
  • Assist in managing relationships with institutional investors, consultants, family offices, and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and due diligence sessions.
  • Track investor pipelines, activity, and outreach in CRM systems.
  • Prepare and maintain pitchbooks, investor presentations, factsheets, and DDQs.
  • Assist in drafting quarterly investor letters, performance updates, and ad-hoc communications.
  • Maintain accurate investor and prospect data within CRM platforms.
  • Analyze fundraising activity, investor trends, and pipeline progress.
  • Work closely with investment, finance, legal, and marketing teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of investor materials.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in investor relations or investment banking.
  • Strong interest in energy, renewables, infrastructure, and sustainable investing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM platforms
  • Ability to interact professionally with senior executives and external investors.
