Are you excited about working with top DTC brands like Prose, MIRROR, Keeps, Cometeer, and Care/of? Do you want to work at a company that is growing 30%+ every month? Are you looking for a fast paced environment where you work hard and play hard? If this sounds like you, join us at MSA! We are building a marketplace that connects brands to creators, bloggers, and niche publishers who are already in the business of writing authentic review content.
Today, finding third party content is a highly manual process, yet the demand to license third party content is growing exponentially. MSA’s marketplace is the scalable solution to help brands license third party content so it is as easy as hailing an Uber ride. We deliver content to brands that is ready for the next social ad campaign.
We are uniquely positioned to deliver this solution with DNA from MSA, the leading authentic reviews site for DTC subscriptions, and Ampush, the leading performance marketing company in D2C. We are looking for entrepreneurial athletes to take our company from $10M to $100M+ in the next year.
As the Brand Manager, you’ll work with our leadership team to accelerate growth for a portfolio ofTC brands. On a day to day basis, you will:
- Be responsible for onboarding brands: first point of contact, onboard them, set up for success using MSA’s marketplace infrastructure.
- Develop content strategy and roadmap: partner with brands and creators to define strategy that hits growth goals.
- Own performance and analytics: dive deep into numbers, iterate, hit growth goals.
- Embrace innovation: be curious, raise new ideas, develop new strategies, pitch new products, authorship to build and redefine social advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years experience across startups, quantitative analysis, performance marketing, tech, financial services, consulting, or growth industries. Fresh graduates are okay - we love training!
- Excel and PowerPoint guru (vlookup, pivot tables, formatting) and comfortable with data analysis.
- Project‑management: organized, disciplined, systemic, and relentless in getting things done.
- Impeccable communication: can distill and convey information in a compelling manner.
- Builder: blank canvases excite you; you enjoy the process of making something and iterating.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: thrive in a place where change, ambiguity and action orientation are the norms.
- Business savvy: you get the market, trends, competitive forces, content, and technology.
- Relationships: able to build trust quickly with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Fun: take your work seriously but never yourself, able to laugh and play while at work.
- Competitive salary with bonus and equity.
- 100% Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
