.00 Job Summary As a representative for the Operations team, you will assist and support the team in all aspects of day to day operations.

Essential Functions
  • Acts as liaison to Finance for the Operations team
  • Creates all Work Tickets and communicate with Finance to ensure correct and timely billing.
  • Receives monthly Credit Card statements and prepare Expense Reports for the Operations Team
  • Collaborates with the Operations Management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, process and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the company.
  • Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
  • Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives.
  • Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
  • Allocates Floor Crew hours to specific job using Kronos
  • Follow up with internal customer
  • Order Safety Shoes upon request
  • Orders Uniforms for specific sites when requested by the Site Manager.
  • Orders Business Cards upon request
  • Assists the HR Business Partner
Knowledge and Skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work well with others and motivates people.
  • Must have excellent internal and external customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and motivate people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; an intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office skills, i.e. Excel, Word, etc.
  • An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
  • A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
  • A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.
  • An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Work Environment
  • Fast paced office environment
  • High sense of urgency
  • Small office environment
  • The noise level in the work environment is unusually loud.
  • Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments and shop environments.
  • Heavy protection may be required and will be provided.
  • Occasionally exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes and noise.
