Base Pay Range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join their Human Resources team. This role will play a key part in administering employee benefit programs, managing leave processes, supporting Workday benefits operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in benefits administration, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, high‑performing financial services environment.

  • 3+ years of HR experience focused on benefits administration, required.
  • Experience with Workday or ADP, required.
  • Strong analytical, research, and auditing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

The salary for this position is $70,000-$90,000/year.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
