Beacon Hill is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support an organization's compliance and regulatory programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable reviewing policies, monitoring internal processes, and ensuring the company meets applicable regulatory requirements.

• Assist with reviewing business activities, documentation, and communications for compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Support the development, maintenance, and updating of compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct routine monitoring and testing of compliance controls
• Help track regulatory changes and communicate updates to internal teams
• Maintain accurate compliance records, logs, and documentation
• Assist with investigations, audits, and regulatory reporting
• Support compliance-related projects and process improvements

• 2-5+ years of compliance, risk, or audit experience
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to the organization's industry
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with compliance or governance software a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field preferred
