Optomi, in partnership with a global professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support a large-scale enterprise financial services environment. This role will focus on delivering high-impact digital product capabilities through close collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, highly accountable settings, demonstrates strong ownership, and brings confidence and responsiveness to complex product challenges.

This is a 12-month contract role requiring full-time onsite presence in either New York City or Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities of the right candidate
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Privacy, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to define and deliver product features
  • Drive Agile product development activities such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story creation
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize stakeholder feedback to inform product direction and prioritization
  • Define product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory expectations
  • Track product performance through key metrics, outcomes, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain control frameworks, processes, and procedures for owned products
  • Operate effectively in lean team structures with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
Qualifications of the right candidate
  • Product Management experience within enterprise financial services organizations
  • Prior experience supporting digital products related to transaction disputes, chargebacks, or fraud workflows
  • Strong understanding of regulated environments and collaboration with compliance and risk teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work at high speed with strong responsiveness and decisiveness
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
  • Experience operating in complex organizations with evolving processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and delivery timelines
