GTM Strategy & Operations Associate | Housing — EliseAI
We’re hiring a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate to drive projects and strategic insights that unlock growth. This role is not just internal ops; you’ll work closely with sales, product, and leadership to shape how we position, sell, and deliver our product to the market. The position is ideal for someone with a consulting or high-performance strategy background who wants to own outcomes and move fast across functions.
Responsibilities- Identify where and how we win by analyzing customer conversations, win/loss trends, competitive insights, and sales performance
- Own and execute projects that directly improve sales velocity, conversion rates, and expansion outcomes
- Work directly with account executives (AEs), customer success managers (CSMs), and clients to refine how we communicate value, deliver ROI, and differentiate from competitors
- Design and implement scalable playbooks for pricing, sales strategy, onboarding, and post-sale success
- Serve as a thought partner to Sales and Product leadership, providing insights that drive product roadmap and GTM prioritization
- Run competitive deep-dives and enable the team with actionable intel and training
- Build internal operating rhythms — reporting, forecasting, and process optimization — to help the GTM organization run smarter
- 2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup in a strategic role
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, drive execution, and influence cross-functionally
- Strong slide-building skills; proficiency in Excel/Sheets; SQL and scripting experience are valuable
- Excellent communicator; clear, direct, and confident with executives and customers
- Comfortable in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
- Aspiring to grow into a leadership role or start a company someday
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days a week

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $160,000. Elise
