Cerity Partners is seeking a motivated professional to lead billing services and processes for our specialized billing programs. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, a process improvement mindset, and excellent communication skills to thrive in our collaborative, fast-paced environment.
OverviewLead billing execution for corporate and partnership billing programs; develop and implement fixed fee billing structures; drive continuous process improvement and reporting. Partner with internal stakeholders to support specialized billing programs including workplace solutions, custodial referral businesses, promoter arrangements, and separately managed account partnerships.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to support specialized billing programs including workplace solutions, custodial referral businesses, promoter arrangements, and separately managed account partnerships
- Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and optimization opportunities; drive automation and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Create and deliver regular reporting with metrics and insights to support data-driven decision-making across billing programs
- Lead cross-functional projects with Finance, Special Program Heads, Relationship Management, and Client Service teams
- Resolve complex billing issues and respond to ad hoc program requests
- Document and standardize procedures for specialized billing programs
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
- 4-6 years of experience in RIA billing, finance, or specialized billing programs
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools
- Experience with portfolio accounting systems (Orion, Addepar preferred) and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Demonstrated success with data analysis and process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proven project management capabilities with track record of driving initiatives to completion
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Self-starter who aligns with Cerity Partners' mission and core values
Compensation Range: $90,000-$110,000
