Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) serves as a critical driver of business growth and client acquisition within our organization. Positioned at the forefront of our sales strategy, the BDR is responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, thereby expanding our market presence. This role serves as a pivotal connector between marketing efforts and sales execution, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to revenue generation, while fostering strong internal collaborations with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, and partnerships.
  • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to build relationships and generate interest in our services.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and ensure alignment in lead qualification processes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and real‑time updated pipeline of leads and opportunities, providing regular reports on potential business avenues.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for business growth and marketing strategies.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets in a B2B environment.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce.
  • Prior experience in the tech industry or with SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective professional relationships.
