We are looking to expand our team with the addition of an Innovation Consultant.

Our ideal candidate is a bold, highly strategic thinker focused on creating groundbreaking growth with our clients. This role is for someone who consistently goes above and beyond, fuelled by intrinsic motivation and a strong drive to challenge boundaries. The candidate should have expertise in designing and rigorously testing new growth concepts through extensive primary research. As a skilled problem solver, they must efficiently manage multiple concepts, clients, and projects, applying world-class testing methodologies to foster client growth.

Role Overview:

• Lead discrete work streams or engagements within broader innovation or transformation engagements.
• Structure and drive research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and deliverable creation with minimal oversight.
• Translate business problems into solution hypotheses and rapidly prototype or test them using appropriate frameworks.
• Help clients de-risk and validate new ventures, platforms, or strategies through agile experimentation.
• Manage and grow client relationships.
• Mentor Analysts and contribute to Disruptive Edge’s internal IP, playbooks, and culture.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Policy, Computer Science).
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, product strategy, corporate innovation, venture building, or similar.
• Track record of delivering client-ready outputs (decks, models, memos) under fast-paced conditions.
• Strong experience with primary and secondary research, stakeholder interviews, and insight synthesis.
• Familiarity with or exposure to product discovery, rapid prototyping, and digital business models is preferred.

• Hybrid role based in New York, which requires domestic and international travel for client and company events.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and able to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Reports to Associate Partner.

Compensation:
Base salary is between USD $85,000 and USD $110,000, plus performance-based incentives.
