• Develop business plans and sales strategies to penetrate new markets
• Provide competitive pricing on prospect applications while maintaining profit margins
• Create and implement marketing plans as necessary
• Conduct proposal presentations and assist Account Representatives with proposals
• Mentor and develop staff through training and performance management processes

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a sales management role, including hiring and directing personnel
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes
• Experience with enterprise software solutions and managing complex organizations
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics

• Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management
• Proven track record in developing and motivating sales teams
