Graduate Consultant - Business Skills Development Program
Location:
Connecticut, Boston, New York
Salary: $52,500 per year (starting salary)
Role OverviewWe are Grayce, the specialist hire‑train‑deploy organization, offering an incredible opportunity to accelerate your career through our 2‑year comprehensive development program.
Types of Roles Available- Business Analyst (BA) – Investigate and analyze business needs, identify improvement opportunities, define requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives. Take a holistic approach considering people, processes, technology and organisational structure.
- Project Manager (PM) – Support the planning, execution and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. Assist in task delegation, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication and process improvement.
- Project Management Officer (PMO) – Establish and maintain project management standards, ensuring timely delivery, scope/quality adherence and budget control. Oversee governance, methodology, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking and risk management.
- Product Manager – Orchestrate the development, launch and ongoing success of a product. Define product vision, create roadmaps, prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals, and ensure quality and functionality.
- Document Manager – Own the entire lifecycle of operational documentation, ensuring accuracy, security and compliance. Manage document repositories, version control, audits and regulatory requirements.
- Hands‑on experience working directly with partner organisations through a 2‑year program.
- Continuous learning with industry‑accredited qualifications and certifications (Agile Project Management, IIBS Business Analysis, etc.).
- Mentoring and coaching from experienced coaches and technical trainers.

- 3.3/4 GPA or higher; open to graduates from all majors.
- Right to work in the US – Grayce is unable to sponsor work visas for international applicants.
- Internship or work experience preferred.
- Strong analytical problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent organization and planning abilities.
- Flexibility to work in a single location across the East Coast region.
- Starting salary: $52,500, increases after first year.
- PTO: 12 days per year, increases by one day each subsequent year up to 15 days.
- Medical, Vision & Dental coverage: 60% paid by Grayce.
- 401(k) Personal Pension:
Grayce matches 0.5% for every 1% contributed (max 7% employee contribution).
