This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located within the tri‑state area of NY. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and strategies, achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, creating actionable plans for business growth, and representing Gesture Healthcare in client meetings, events, and industry forums.

• Strong business acumen, experience in strategic planning, and ability to identify opportunities for growth
• Own book of business
• Proven track record in sales, negotiations, and meeting or exceeding business development goals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
• Strong analytical and research skills for understanding market trends and client needs
• Experience in the healthcare sector or a related industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
