Director, Vendor Operations – Meta
Join Meta as a Director of Vendor Operations, leading the global call center partnership strategy and operations for small and medium businesses. This role reports to the VP of Small Business Group.
CompensationBase pay range: $227,000 – $296,000 per year, plus bonus, equity and benefits.
Responsibilities- Lead the Meta Small Business Sales Vendor Operations team.
- Manage a central team focused on vendor partner strategy, operational excellence, risk and compliance, vendor communications, and change management.
- Define global call center partnership strategy aligned to business priorities, including partner selection, global footprint, vendor goaling, incentives and operating model.
- Drive partner‑level accountability and business rhythm with vendors across Meta.
- Oversee contract standards, processes, audit strategy and compliance/remediation approaches; collaborate with security operations and risk mitigation teams.
- Partner with product to ensure a stable and productive use of agent and vendor tech stack.
- Develop and execute global communications strategy and change‑management process.
- Collaborate with Sales, Sourcing, Legal, Product and other cross‑functional teams to operationalize global strategies, workforce health, productivity and training.
- Define and deliver a functional roadmap that informs adjacent functions impacting delivery.
- 12+ years of experience in scaled operations and vendor management for large, outsourced organizations.
- Proven expertise in operational strategy and execution within hyper‑dynamic environments, specifically in sales and customer‑success‑oriented call‑center operations.
- Strategic leader with ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong business analytics skills; experience evaluating data, developing frameworks and analyses to guide strategy.
- Change agent with history of leading large‑scale organizational transformations.
- Effective manager and influencer, leading diverse teams toward common goals.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to distill complex ideas for various audiences.
