ResponsibilitiesSUMMARY
The Business Analyst plays an integral role in assisting project teams to successfully deliver solutions to business owners through gathering and documenting business requirements. This individual will work on diverse projects and learn about various business processes and applications across the League.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with project teams to elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and analysis of workflows and processes.
- Assist in developing business process flows and visualizations.
- Gain a deep understanding of current business processes and become a subject matter expert in specific business areas and applications.
- Work closely with team members to identify and address organizational and operational challenges.
- Execute test plans to ensure quality assurance prior to user acceptance testing.
- Support daily team operations, including preparing meeting minutes, status reports, and project documentation.
- Provide backup end-user support for various internal and external applications across a broad range of constituents.
- Incorporate feedback from project teams accurately and effectively into documentation and deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge Areas/Experience — Requirements
- 2+ years of professional post-graduate experience
- Familiarity with technical concepts and terminology
- Experienced with Visio or other workflow/process mapping tools
Education/Certifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects independently

- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word; experience with Service Now SPM is a plus

SALARY RANGE
$75-100K. Actual base pay will be determined by factors including experience, training, market, and location.
