Those in customer service at PwC will specialise in improving customer service operations and enhancing customer experiences. You will work closely with clients to analyse customer service processes, identify pain points, and develop strategies to optimise service delivery, increase customer satisfaction, and drive loyalty.
Working in this area, you will provide guidance on implementing customer service technologies, designing service models, and developing customer-centric service cultures.
As part of the Sales & Trading Ops team you will lead large-scale projects and innovate processes within risk management. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to drive project success while maintaining operational excellence. This role offers the chance to work with executive-level stakeholders, shaping engagement strategies and overseeing delivery across multiple teams in the dynamic banking and capital markets sector.
Responsibilities- Foster a culture of operational excellence within the team
- Analyze and mitigate risks associated with project execution
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance performance
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 10 years of experience in consulting or risk management
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or Professional Risk Manager (PRM) preferred
- Possessing in-depth technical specialization and regulatory awareness
- Advising on strategic regulatory and business challenges
- Managing relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Shaping engagement strategy and overseeing delivery
- Leading business development activities and proposals
- Contributing to thought leadership and practice strategy
- Developing managers and senior associates through coaching
- Demonstrating proven commercial acumen and business development experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
