What’s the ChallengeYou will be responsible for building and deepening strategic partnerships that unlock new revenue streams, enhance product offerings, and strengthen Ping Pong’s competitive position.
Success in this role means driving complex negotiations, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of global merchants and partners.
Who You’ll Be Working WithAs a critical member of the global team, this position will report directly to the Group Head FI Acquiring.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, Compliance, Risk Management, and Operations teams.
What You’ll Be Doing- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with major card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) in the U.S.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage lifecycle of acquiring bank partnerships.
- Initiate and execute strategic deals with U.S.
-based fintechs. - Coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless go-live of new initiatives.
- Monitor partnership performance, identify growth opportunities, and conduct market research for innovative solutions.
- 7+ years of experience in strategic partnership management within FI, fintech, or payment services in the U.S. market.
- Proven track record in negotiating and establishing partnerships with financial institutions or fintechs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, with excellent project management abilities.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for building long-term partnerships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Customer-centric, analytical, detail-oriented.
- Ability to juggle several projects and shift priorities as needed.
- Exhibiting a creative and innovative, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to stay calm and collected and focus on solving problems.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, negotiating and organizational skills.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle process.
- Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
