The Senior Business Operations Associate is a strategic partner across the business who dives into data and collaborates with stakeholders to implement solutions. You will generate insights, communicate findings, and work with senior management. The role is in person at our energetic NYC headquarters.

• Analyze trends and underlying issues within the business to understand impacts in a multi‑side marketplace.
• Effectively communicate learnings and recommendations to key stakeholders and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and deliver on the roadmap.
• Drive improvements in operations across marketing, sales, account management, and other functions.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic and financial planning for the business.
• Prepare board materials and similar presentations.

• 3+ years experience in Business Operations, Business Analyst, or Product Strategy/Analytics at a high‑growth tech company.
• Experience working in management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital preferred.
• Proficient with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Extremely comfortable with financial modeling and complex data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you can tell a story combining data with qualitative insights and tailor your communication to any audience.
• Strong interpersonal skills; you are a good person and contribute to a positive culture.
• Bonus points if you have marketplace experience or marketing/growth analytics experience (LTV/CAC, retention, etc.).
