The Senior Business Analyst role will take the lead in analyzing business process, managing requirements, and ensuring the banker platform serves the need for the firm. The analyst will partner with stakeholders across the business, lead workshops, and present recommendations that drive efficiency and improve decision making. A successful candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills and experience with working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sessions with business and technical stakeholders, including senior bankers, business management, compliance, and IT teams.
• Analyze current workflows and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for system enhancements or reporting needs.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and post implementation support.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospectives, and sprint planning.
• Prepare internal and external documentation supporting delivered requirements.
• Act as a subject-matter expert of the banker platform.
• Lead projects involving other team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Self-starter who takes initiative to accomplish tasks independently or with minimal guidance.
• Comfortable leading sessions with key stakeholders to present findings and recommendations.
• Quick to learn new systems and processes, especially within Salesforce.
• Comfortable analyzing data and spotting trends or issues.
• Strong Excel skills, familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Proactive in suggesting improvements and solving problems.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities while ensuring critical tasks are delivered on time.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to working in an Agile environment (e.g., using Jira for sprint management).
• Experience with SQL for querying and managing data.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with in financial services industry.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
