Job Description
** We’re looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to accelerate the expansion of our two-sided marketplace as we build tools that help experts and attorneys connect and collaborate more seamlessly. You’ll be responsible for designing and running high-impact experiments that rapidly grow our user base and drive adoption of our biggest bets. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify user needs, test bold ideas, and scale successful initiatives.
This role requires someone deeply customer-obsessed, data-driven, and energized by velocity.
In this role, you will join our VP, Product, in building a world-class product team with the opportunity to directly impact the success of our business by shaping our product strategy. You will drive the roadmap with a strong customer-centric mindset, ensuring alignment with company strategy and growth goals. You will articulate the objectives of products and features, define the success for them, and rally our cross-functional teams to turn that into reality.
You will confidently lead the product development through all phases in collaboration with Engineering and Design.
**** This role reports to the Vice President, Product, and is based in our Wall Street office.
**** What You’ll Do**
* ** Strategy and Planning: contribute to the overall strategic planning, develop and evangelize a clear product strategy, define quarterly goals, and investment areas**
* ** Lead customer engagement: develop customer empathy (all customer types), gather insights, understand their needs, articulate problem statements and requirements, and use data, user research, and market signals to uncover unmet needs and whitespace for growth**
* ** Facilitate solutioning: ideate on solutions with stakeholders to arrive at product features, validate solutions, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and scope the work**
* ** Own product roadmap: develop the roadmap, prioritize features, maintain alignment with stakeholders and cross-functionally, resolve dependencies, coordinate releases, and keep the deadlines**
* ** Drive product development: lead agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, estimation, write stories and acceptance criteria, define releases, etc.**
* ** Manage escalations: handle urgent customer issues, assist with sales escalations, manage expectations for resolution, make trade-off decisions**
* ** Communications: provide transparency into the roadmap, conduct product reviews, communicate tradeoffs, evangelize product success and learnings, and assist in writing blogs**
* ** Participate in GTM: work with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, sales enablement materials, and collateral**
* ** Build and own scalable systems: turn successful initiatives into a durable growth loop**
* ** Help shape the customer journey: from first touch to long-term loyalty**## Qualifications
* ** 6+ years of experience in product management in an environment where the product is utilized internally and externally, and, preferably, experience with self-service products.**
* ** Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve significant business outcomes.**
* ** Strong commercial acumen with a deep sense of ownership for revenue and impact.**
* ** Hands-on experience with agile development, coupled with a bias for action and a high standard for quality.**
