• Lead and manage client relationships with large dairy operations, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Provide strategic business consulting, interpreting financial analysis and offering operational guidance.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring actionable insights.
• Guide clients through high‑impact decisions, addressing financial, operational, and family/business partner dynamics.
• Collaborate across service lines (risk, tax, sustainability, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support business development activities focused on client acquisition and retention.
• Leverage technology and automation tools to improve efficiency and scalability in client service delivery.
• Stay current on dairy market trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain industry expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agribusiness, Finance, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Advanced financial and operational analysis skills, deep proficiency in Excel and accounting platforms (Quick Books or equivalent).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business consulting, agribusiness advisory, agricultural lending, or related roles.
• Deep dairy industry experience required, with demonstrated ability to advise on complex operational and financial decisions.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver strategic recommendations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for navigating sensitive client dynamics.
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Resilience and adaptability in high‑pressure, high‑impact decision‑making environments.
• Comfort with technology platforms and automation tools to enhance client service delivery.
• Ability to evaluate complex scenarios and develop strategic solutions balancing financial and operational priorities.

• Ability to bring existing client relationships or a book of business.

• Work Flexibility:
  Remote‑based role in upstate New York with frequent day travel to client locations within a few hours of home and occasional overnight travel.
