• Engage in conversations with private equity investors and tech leaders.
• Conduct thorough market and competitive research using diverse sources.
• Assess company strengths to advise on growth and technology strategies.
• Clearly present your conclusions to both the team and clients.

• Outstanding academic performance, with a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, or analytics and at least 1 year of related work experience; or a graduate degree and some related work experience.
• Experience in client‑facing environments or technical roles in similar industries (e.g., consulting, banking, tech).
• Demonstrated interest in the tech industry through startup experience, internships, coursework, extracurricular activities or research and writing on the subject.
• A strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Effective organization and time‑management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

• The ability to assess complex situations and business problems to formulate potential solutions for our clients.
• The ability and the confidence to establish meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of how to leverage firm‑approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

That will often mean asking difficult questions and seeing through potentially politically charged issues to uncover the true goals, cultures and needs of our clients.
