Business Development Manager
A leading Am Law 200 firm is looking for a Business Development Manager to support a key practice group and help drive strategic growth initiatives. - Manage RFPs and strategic pitch responses
- Support lateral partner integration
- Oversee practice group budgets and BD plans
- Manage client events and practice initiatives
- Review and maintain practice group collateral
- Monitor client, industry, and market trends
- 5+ years of BD/marketing experience
- Experience in a professional services environment or a Top 200 Am Law firm is required
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and work independently
- CRM experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Base salary: $148,000–$189,000 /yr (dependent on experience and location) + discretionary bonus + full benefits package.
