New York, NY – O.W. is building a New York City‑based team. The team works from our brand‑new Midtown Manhattan office space two days per week.
Compensation
:
Base salary range $130,000 – $155,000 per year (for New York City) plus a year‑end bonus contingent on individual performance and board approval.

About the PositionWe’re looking for an experienced, mission‑driven professional to lead the development and execution of two emerging strategic initiatives: the Financial Institutions Lead strategy to engage banks in the shared ownership movement, and the frontline worker program which leverages partner networks to increase adoption of shared ownership in industries with significant hourly workers.
This role is ideal for a strategic relationship builder passionate about economic justice and energised by cultivating networks, designing programs, and collaborating across sectors. Reporting to the Senior Director, Partnerships, you will play a key role in engaging and expanding our Partner Consortium.

- Build trusted relationships with O.W.’s 20+ financial‑institution partners and develop new partnerships aligned with the organisation’s goals.
- Create and execute partner account plans, including educating investment bankers, engaging commercial bankers, hosting community‑banking events, and collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver high‑impact programs and content.
- Track metrics to evaluate program performance and partner satisfaction, and partner with the Advancement team on renewal strategies.
- Use Salesforce to track engagement and communications.
- Produce high‑value partner events (webinars, round tables, forums) and manage event logistics, materials, and follow‑up.
- Partner with Marketing & Communications to create branded content highlighting partnership impact.
Required
- 8–10 years in partnerships, client service, or strategic relationship management.
- Experience in financial services and the nonprofit sector.
- Passion for economic justice and the mission of Ownership Works.
Preferred
- Management consulting experience.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
