As the GTM Strategy & Operations Manager, you will drive the optimization of our GTM strategy and execution, partnering with CRO, Enterprise sales leaders, and supporting functional areas such as analytics, systems & tools, processes & programs to ensure efficient sales operations.

• Act as primary business partner to senior sales leaders in the Enterprise segment, supporting all GTM strategy and operations topics needed to run sales teams and achieve targets.
• Lead execution of projects and programs across initiatives, collaborating with GTM Strategy & Ops teams and cross‑functional partners.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven insights and optimization opportunities to sales leadership.
• Ensure the sales organization meets objectives by enhancing processes, systems, and tools.
• Establish KPIs to assess effectiveness of sales processes and enablement programs.
• Evaluate and manage technology platforms to enhance productivity.

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales, consulting, or related field.
• Proven track record managing cross‑functional programs that drive measurable results.
• Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools, including Salesforce CRM.
• Exceptional process and analytical skills for diagnosing inefficiencies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills at all levels.
• Experience implementing metrics and reporting systems for GTM initiatives.
• Collaborative leadership style with strong consensus building.
• Self‑starter with multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Experience in fast‑paced SaaS or startup environments highly preferred.

Pay Range: $112,000 USD – $180,000 USD.
