So the instructor needs to be available to teach almost full time for the 4 weeks. Candidates should already be based in NYC and hold at least a masters degree in a relevant field.
The brief description for the course is:
Business and Finance
Exploiting the resources of the world's financial capital, students discover the instruments and institutions that make up modern finance and are vital to budding entrepreneurs. They address the main business principles of strategic planning, marketing, economics, finance, and accounting. Concepts covered include SWOT analysis, developing a marketing strategy, as well as working through how to create a product centered company and draft a business plan.
For their final project, they create a mock company that they present in a "Shark Tank", mirroring the high pressure, quick tempo presentations used at colleges, business schools, and startup incubators around the world.
