Job Summary

We are seeking an individual to join our team at Standard Chartered Bank in New York. The successful candidate will be working directly with the Executive Director, Trade Product Manager Open Account, Americas as well as other team members to maximize the executive’s efficiency by managing time, communication and logistical needs.

We are also seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Director, Supply Chain Finance Trade Program Manager to support our team. The Director will identify new opportunities, coordinate quick implementation of existing mandates, agree on Credit and Asset Distribution Strategy and identify / discuss opportunities for Product Innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage and implement business plans for SCF products at country and regional levels to maximize revenue, profitability, market share, and growth by partnering closely with TB Sales teams.
  • Ensure programs operate with high quality and in line with approved parameters while exposing the Bank and clients to minimal risk.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients focused on Supply Chain Finance (SCF) – Receivables and Payables programs.
  • Drive the growth of SCF client revenues through structuring, deepening wallet penetration, and scaling up programs.
  • Identify and develop target wallet opportunities within allocated client segments.
  • Support the deal team on structuring new solutions (e.g., highlight benefits of market management, supplier analysis, and onboarding timelines).
  • Complete market sizing, wallet share, competitor, and benchmarking analysis.
  • Provide product knowledge, support, and guidance to stakeholders including Relationship Management, Sales, Credit, and Operations.
  • Advise and assist partners to drive the client experience for allocated clients and programs.
  • Support the mandated SCF Programs Ramp‑up.
  • Develop strategic plans to realize program potential by regular discussions with client project/deal teams and aligning objectives with decision makers.
  • Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the deal lifecycle and post‑go‑live, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain visibility on pipeline target deals’ progress and contingencies, providing periodic updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Provide SCF product insights to internal stakeholders to recommend executable opportunities.
  • Evaluate opportunities from sales teams and networks to prioritize resources per business strategies.
  • Ensure client sees a smooth transition from sales to product structuring, implementation, service, and operations.
  • Serve as point of escalation for risk issues arising from portfolio monitoring.
  • Contribute to deal memo preparation and review.
Day‑to‑Day Tasks
  • Complete market sizing, wallet share, competitor, and benchmarking analysis.
  • Interact closely to provide product knowledge, support, and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic plans and align objectives with clients’ decision makers.
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to downstream functions.
  • Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle.
  • Evaluate opportunities and prioritize resources per business strategy.
  • Provide SCF product insights to recommend executable opportunities.
  • Maintain visibility on pipeline deals and provide updates.
  • Review RDD reports and manage recommendations.
  • Provide inputs for BCA renewals.
  • Ensure high quality of program operations per approved parameters.

  • At least 5 years of experience in Program Management and client‑facing responsibility
