About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and driven individual to join us as a B2B Partnerships Manager
. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a high-performing team, working with the Managing Director to help drive the next stage of the company’s growth.

As a B2B Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for building partnerships with cross-industry B2B brands, leveraging the World Business Forum to help clients meet their specific business goals. This could be through sponsor ships, brand activations or developing bespoke learning programs.

The ideal candidate excels at consultative selling to create tailored solutions for clients, bringing a strategic mindset to every engagement. They have a track record of generating new business and connecting creatively with prospects through multiple channels – in-person, email, phone, Linked In and others. They also demonstrate excellent product and sector specific knowledge.

This is a full-time permanent position with a basic annual salary plus variable based on performance.

Key Responsibilities Business Development (60%)
  • Research target companies to engage with key decision-makers and understand organizational structures, decision-making processes, and potential multi‑threading paths.
  • Identify and engage new prospects through email outreach, Linked In, cold calling, and other sales tools.
  • Generate multiple meetings per week to learn more about prospects and present WOBI’s suite of solutions.
  • Build relationships with decision makers through virtual and in‑person meetings.
  • Create bespoke presentations and proposals for prospects.
Account Management (30%)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Oversee the execution of partnerships, liaising between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide an exceptional, high‑touch customer experience at every stage.
Inbound Lead Selling (10%)
  • Evaluate and qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs, challenges, and opportunities for alignment with WOBI’s offerings.
  • Deliver engaging, professional presentations via phone, email, and Linked In.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 3‑7 years’ experience in B2B Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally with C‑suite executives and senior leaders.
  • Experience in conducting research on companies and industries to inform multi‑threaded sales strategies.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • A passion for professional development and an interest in WOBI’s mission of empowering business leaders.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including maintaining accurate records and leveraging CRM tools effectively.
Candidate will ideally have experience using the following tools

  • Zoom Info (or similar)
