Description- Commercial Performance – Achieve commercial targets and expectations aligned to regional Page Executive strategic objectives.
- Revenue Generation – Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients and industry sectors, winning business to refer to team members or other Page brands and delivering against individual revenue goals agreed with line manager.
- Business Development – Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, driving new business opportunities and expanding the PE client base. Develop proposals, RFP responses and attend client meetings as required.
- Proven track record of sustained commercial success in Legal executive search and senior leadership recruitment, consistently meeting expectations on productivity and performance.
- Established market presence, personal brand, and proven capability to develop and win business.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills with exceptional client service.
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
- Able to stay abreast of market trends, business intelligence and competitive information.
- High levels of commercial acumen.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
