Responsible for supporting global category strategies for professional services, driving supplier consolidation, cost optimization, and compliance. Collaborates with stakeholders to implement sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and enable business initiatives.

• Assist in developing and executing multi-year category plans and sourcing strategies.
• Support negotiations, supplier evaluations, and creation of cost models (should-cost, total cost of ownership).
• Maintain category performance metrics and ensure alignment with goals.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify savings opportunities and improve processes.
• Manage RFx activities, spend analysis, contract reviews, and supplier consolidation.
• Support contract negotiations and maintain contract repository.
• Ensure compliance with procurement ethics and global policies.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in strategic sourcing or related field.
• Experience in large, global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with strategic sourcing processes, category management and risk assessment.
• Proficient in eSourcing tools (Ariba or similar), contract management systems, and ERP platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
