We’re looking for a Fractional Senior Manager, Business Development to develop and lead high-impact partnership and business development initiatives across our client portfolio. This role begins as a fractional (part-time contract) position with the potential to convert to full-time as the team and client base expand.
About the RoleYou’ll help clients identify, structure, and scale partnerships that drive sales and new client/customer acquisition. You’ll act as both strategist and operator—developing GTM frameworks, leading outreach and negotiation efforts, and executing programs that deliver measurable results.
About Your Experience- Demonstrated success in building sales and partnership-led GTM strategies
- End-to-end experience with business development and deal negotiation
- Strong analytical skills to structure commercial terms and pricing
- Excellent client management and communication abilities
- Proven project management and organizational skills
- Fintech or adjacent industry experience is highly preferred

- Lead a portfolio of client engagements focused on BD, sales and partnerships GTM
- Develop partnership strategies and supporting assets
- Build and manage outreach pipelines

- Represent Fiat within the partnership ecosystem
- Strengthen Fiat’s partner network and identify new collaboration opportunities
- Work with some of the most innovative brands in fintech and beyond
- Direct impact on client outcomes and Fiat’s partner ecosystem
- Flexible fractional schedule (15–25 hours/week)
