The Program Analyst II will join Global Atlantic’s Institutional business, a principal investing team focused on deploying capital for reinsurance and acquisition opportunities in the U.S. Insurance Industry. The Institutional business has acquired over $145 billion of assets to date.

• Manage third‑party capital initiative projects, including drafting project plans and coordinating follow‑ups
• Support capital call processes for Block deals, Flow, PRT, Retail, and Funding Agreements
• Coordinate and prepare quarterly board meeting materials for multiple vehicles, including calendar preparation and scheduling with EAs
• Prepare budgets and expense analysis for multiple third‑party capital vehicles
• Assist with strategic initiatives on an ad‑hoc basis

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in (Re) insurance and project management
• Knowledge of life insurance products preferred
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Ability to handle competing timelines
• Strong communication skills

Base salary range: $100,000 – $130,000 USD. Compensation is based on geography, experience, education, and skill level, and may include annual cash bonuses, long‑term incentives, and a generous benefits package including 401(k) matching.
