About

The Role

We are hiring a Wholesale Planning Manager to join our Merchandise Planning team. This position reports to the Director of Merchandise Planning and takes ownership of the end-to-end forecasting and planning process for the Wholesale channel.

What you'll do as the Wholesale Planning Manager:
  • Own building out the planning process for the wholesale channel, with oversight from the Director of Merchandise Planning, while managing inventory for multiple wholesale partners across stores and e‑commerce, as well as reacting and driving the business in‑season based on trends in each partner's business.
  • Lead open‑to‑buy (OTB) plans by account, door, and SKU, aligned to sales targets and margin goals, and collaborate with Sales Managers to inform pre‑season assortment and volume recommendations.
  • Partner with the Sales, Product, and Finance teams to ensure inventory supports account needs without overexposing the business.
  • Analyze historical trends and current performance to optimize sell‑in, replenishment, and product lifecycle strategies.
  • Translate topline account forecasts into actionable product‑level buys in coordination with Merch Planning.
  • Support margin planning by surfacing opportunities in product mix, pricing, or delivery cadence.
  • Ensure planning decisions are aligned with broader company goals, including financial pacing, margin targets, and supply chain constraints.
  • Who you are:
    • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and/or inventory management — ideally in a consumer goods, fashion, or retail environment.
    • You're a builder by nature who loves to create order and process from ambiguity.
    • You're comfortable leading a strategy but also rolling up your sleeves and getting into the details of the business.
    • You're a strong analytical thinker who can turn numbers into narratives and use data to influence decisions.
    • You're deeply comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets, and know how to build tools, models, and forecasts that scale.
    • You thrive in ambiguity and love building structure — whether it's a better forecast model or a faster feedback loop.
    • You're detail‑oriented and solutions‑focused, with a bias for action and accountability.
    • You know how to balance risk, cash, and customer demand — and can zoom in and out between tactical and strategic work.
    • You're creative and innovative; you love to build great new things that are fresh and unique while staying on brand.
    • You're agile, and motivated by a fast‑paced and ever changing environment.
    • You're passionate about transforming travel for all (but that's a given!).

Excited to join the team, but not sure you meet all of the qualifications? Please apply, we’d still love to hear from you.
