Senior Client Partner, Financial Services

The Senior Client Partner is a strategic leader responsible for driving growth and delivering transformative outcomes for top‑tier Financial Services clients. This role combines executive‑level relationship management, business development, and delivery oversight to ensure measurable impact across client engagements. Acting as a trusted advisor to C‑suite executives, the Senior Client Partner shapes strategies that address industry challenges such as digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and AI‑driven innovation.

The position demands a blend of consultative selling, thought leadership, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Growth
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for major Financial Services accounts (banks, insurers, asset managers).
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client priorities and firm objectives.
  • Drive multi‑million‑dollar revenue streams through new business development and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Own the overall account P&L, ensuring profitable growth and financial discipline across all engagements.
Strategic Advisory
  • Provide insights into industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies (AI, cloud, data platforms).
  • Shape client transformation agendas across digital, operational, and customer experience domains.
Delivery Oversight
  • Ensure engagements meet quality, timeliness, and business outcome expectations.
  • Collaborate with delivery leaders to mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively.
Thought Leadership
  • Represent the firm in industry forums and contribute to intellectual capital development.
  • Publish perspectives on Financial Services trends and innovation.
Team Leadership
  • Mentor senior consultants and engagement managers.
  • Foster a high‑performance culture that prioritizes client success and employee experience.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years in consulting or Financial Services leadership roles, with proven success in managing large‑scale transformation programs.
  • Deep knowledge of banking, capital markets, insurance, or payments ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate and close complex consulting deals (>$10M annually).
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

This role is a Director - Senior Director level Opportunity

Salary will vary on experience: $170,k Base Salary
