Director Of HR, Administration & CultureWinterberry Group’s entry-level strategy consultants (titled Analysts) tackle a wide range of consulting and operational assignments in support of the Firm’s growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation, and market intelligence engagements.
Analysts are responsible for building key sections of client deliverables—such as market trend analyses, competitive landscapes, and voice-of-customer reports—and for supporting engagement leads on other sections, including market sizing and business assessments, through primary and secondary research.
This position offers unique opportunities for motivated, dynamic professionals with up to one year of professional experience.
Analyst responsibilities include:
- Owning and executing key sections of client deliverables (e.g., market trend analyses, competitive landscapes, voice-of-customer summaries, opportunity mapping pods)
- Supporting customer and management interview processes, including scheduling, note-taking, and synthesizing insights into clear takeaways
- Aggregating, analyzing, and visualizing data to support market sizing, survey analysis, and proprietary Firm models
- Conducting desk research to analyze competitive landscapes and market dynamics across relevant sectors
- Contributing to white papers, market outlooks, and other internal publications
Qualifications:
- Requires exceptional English written and oral communication skills (both face-to-face and via Zoom)
- Strong presentation abilities and a high degree of organization and attention to detail
- Experience with primary and secondary research, data aggregation, financial analysis, and business principles
- Proficiency in developing, refining, and presenting professional services deliverables
- Ideal candidates will have some professional (intern) experience and/or demonstrated interest in consulting, advertising, marketing, and/or media
- Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, team-oriented, deadline-driven environment
Total compensation range: $78,000 – $90,000, inclusive of a targeted annual bonus.
Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
