As a Consulting Manager
, you will lead complex, enterprise‑wide initiatives through strategic program management

• Lead complex transformation engagements or work streams from initiation through delivery, ensuring high‑quality execution, clear governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Build and manage strategic programs by defining scope, establishing structure, aligning stakeholders, and driving cross‑functional execution.
• Assess, redesign, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and support scalable operating models.
• Translate complex or ambiguous business challenges into actionable strategies informed by data analysis, process mapping, and structured problem solving.
• Lead operational improvement and enterprise transformation programs that align people, processes, and technology for sustainable impact.
• Develop business cases, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks to track progress and sustain performance improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative working sessions with executives and cross‑functional teams to co‑create solutions and build organizational alignment.
• Design and execute change management and training programs—including stakeholder engagement, communication, capability‑building, and adoption planning—to ensure smooth transitions and long‑term success.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and consistent delivery of value.

• 4+ years of management consulting or strategic program management experience driving cross‑functional transformation in complex environments.
• Proven success delivering measurable results in one or more of the following areas:

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage, influence, and partner with senior executives and cross‑functional leaders.
