Position: Chief Sales Officer (UAE-BASED)
Location: New York

We are seeking a strategic, visionary, and results‑driven Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our global sales organization. Reporting directly to the Group CEO and managing a team of 300–400 professionals, this role will be central to driving revenue growth, customer excellence, and brand leadership across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a global B2C sales strategy that delivers sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership.
  • Lead large, multi‑market sales operations
    , ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distribution networks to strengthen market reach.
  • Champion customer excellence
    , embedding a customer‑first mindset across all sales touchpoints.
  • Drive digital transformation in sales through data analytics, AI, CRM, and automation to enhance performance and insight‑driven decision‑making.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and operations to deliver cohesive go‑to‑market strategies.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience leading large, high‑performing B2C sales organizations on a regional or global scale.

  • Bachelor’s degree required;
