- Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research to inform our understanding of current technological, political, environmental, and socioeconomic trends
- Interpret insights from diverse reports and datasets to extract actionable strategic intelligence
- The delivery of futures narratives to engage internal and external partners on how Pepsi Co could address it’s strategic challenges
- The potential strategic investments to ensure “no regret strategy”
- The definition of signals to identify which futures we are moving towards
- Guidance on which investments will provide outsize gains in different scenarios
- Successfully communicating those narratives and strategies to senior stakeholders in partnership with the Senior Director
- Work with our design and corporate communications team to develop externally facing narratives and assets
- Providing guidance to Cross Functional and Design Innovation teams as to how they can integrate foresights into their individual practice and their projects
- Ability to collaborate & partner with XF teams to identify new opportunities and work through the development cycle to deliver new products to market
- A proven ability to move beyond a core design role to understand the complexities of business realities and problem solve outside of their traditional domain
- Desire to expand on their core skill set to create, strategize, and deliver new business models, services, experiences, that deliver against business goals.
- Understand how to strategically influence across XF partners to land opportunities and align against strategies in a dynamic and complex environment with competing agendas
- Proven ability to help deliver actionable visions of the future that point to where companies should go and plan out how to get there
