The Role
As a Strategy & Planning Manager, you will spearhead the launch of new strategic initiatives, drive market expansion efforts, and support the overall development and execution of the company’s strategy and business operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and exemplifies operational excellence. They have a proven track record in managing complex projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the SVP of Strategy to identify, develop, and implement new strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision‑making.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Partner with senior executives at client organizations to co‑develop AI roadmaps by deeply understanding their business operations and goals.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve client operational and strategic outcomes.

Requirements- 5-6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, product or startup operations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data‑driven strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ownership mindset, autonomy, and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environment.
- Strong practical problem‑solving and execution capability.
- Relentlessness with a hands‑on, get‑it‑done approach.
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.

$150,000 - $200,000. Elise
AI offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation is determined based on experience, skill level, location, and qualities assessed during the interview process.
