NYCEDC is seeking an attorney with experience in business structuring and financial transactions to engage in a transactional practice as a Senior Counsel within NYCEDC’s Legal Department, including program structuring and individual transactions for tax incentives, tax exempt bond financing, loans, equity investments and more.

• At least five years of post-law school legal transactional experience.
• New York City residence required within 180 days of hire.

Salary will depend on the number of years the applicant has been a practicing lawyer and will be commensurate with salaries of current NYCEDC lawyers who have been practicing for a similar length of time.

$135,000 - $140,000 USD
