• Audit and test the execution of Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs) to ensure compliance with defined standards.
• Validate the effectiveness of supervisory controls and escalation processes triggered by WSPs.
• Use internal tools to build a mini-audit system for tracking control activities and escalation flows.
• Analyze supervisory processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements for consistency.
• Define technical requirements to improve documentation and evidence of supervisory actions.
• Collaborate with business teams to execute control activities and escalate exceptions as needed.
• Generate reports and materials to communicate control outcomes and key metrics to stakeholders.

• Experience working with Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs), including testing and validation of their execution.
• Familiarity with auditing control processes and identifying gaps in operational effectiveness.
• Knowledge of risk and control evaluation frameworks within financial or trading environments.
• Hands-on experience with quality assurance (QA) testing of supervisory or compliance processes.
• Understanding of trade regulations and their impact on supervisory controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to middle office operations or trading products is preferred but not required.
