OverviewPrimary Purpose
Monitor finished goods delivery into the distribution centers to ensure timely receipt. This includes expediting shipments with service providers and partnering with freight forwarder and distribution receiving to set shipment priorities. Manage the information flow to Buyers/Allocations & Global Merchandising. Partner with cross functional teams to issue out licensing POs within SAP system & monitor deliveries. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Supply Operations to support on-time delivery and collaboration with related teams.
Responsibilities- Analyze POs to ensure on-time receipt within KS DCs
- Ensure orders are placed timely to support production lead times
- Support running weekly reporting files needed for BUs and logistics team partners
- Work with the PD teams & Brand Ops teams to track and ensure finished goods deliveries are on schedule to meet company demands
- Review and address delivery challenges that may include capacity constraints, raw material delays, late development issues and production issues from service providers
- Review pertinent details/feedback with Manager to resolve delays impacting on-time delivery
- Execute ship mode changes to support business channel floor set dates with Leadership approval
- Strive to maintain a high delivery fill rate to meet key product launch timelines
- Review and execute product change requests, additions, cancellations, style/color changes
- Support special projects and key collaboration initiatives
- Manage the information flow between Production and Distribution channels; keep distribution channels informed on product availability and production issues
- Review and respond to daily inquiries from Business Partners about product availability and opportunities to expedite production
- Determine inventory allocation for distribution channels aligned with business objectives
- Operate efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Adapt to the inventory planning tool used at Tapestry
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or 1+ year of experience with a comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain Management and Production Planning. Equivalent combination of work experience and education will be considered
- Intermediate or advanced level of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SAP, ec Vision, JDA Planning System & Micro Strategy is preferred

Work Setup: HYBRID
BASE PAY RANGE: $64,350.00 to $70,000.00 annually
Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and any other applicable pay laws based on local regulations.
