Legal Analyst / Paralegal
Primary PurposeSupport Tapestry’s Legal team with subsidiary management, corporate governance, and overall legal compliance. Provide administrative support, data analytics, and project coordination to ensure smooth legal operations in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Entity Management & Corporate Governance- Maintain governance database for Tapestry, Inc. and 80+ global subsidiaries.
- Coordinate signature requests and information requests from business partners.
- Draft and maintain written consents, resignations, minutes, and resolutions.
- File subsidiary Annual Reports with relevant authorities.
- Assist with board and committee calendars and logistics on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain governance document repositories.
- Support the company’s compliance program in policy management, anti‑bribery, conflicts of interest, ethics, sanctions, and other business conduct areas.
- Maintain and optimize legal systems and tools (e.g., policy management, vendor diligence, ethics hotline).
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to implement vendor onboarding and legal diligence processes.
- Analyze and report on compliance data to support decision‑making.
- Manage document organization, invoice processing, calendar coordination, and logistical support for meetings.
- Serve as project manager for cross‑functional legal projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Act as liaison between Legal, Finance, and other business units for seamless project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; paralegal certification a plus.
- 1–3 years of legal or corporate experience, preferably with entity management, governance, or compliance roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and governance/compliance platforms (e.g., Diligent, Navex).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; comfortable with data analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Work Site:
New York City (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote). Salary range: $130,013 – $153,650. Reporting to VP, Associate General Counsel.
