- Expand key merchants in the region to improve platform supply quality
- Gain deep understanding of merchant needs and develop growth plans
- Optimize strategies through data-driven insights to increase transactions and repeat purchases
- Lead business negotiations and drive partnership implementation
- Maintain relationships with key merchants and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency
- Achieve regional business targets
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields
- Over 5 years of BD or sales experience, with at least 2 years in food delivery, F&B, or FMCG industries
- Experience in team management or cross-department project management is a plus
- Excellent business negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
- Strong data analysis capabilities and market insight
- Strategic thinking and ability to solve complex problems
- Highly self-driven, resilient under pressure, and able to drive business in a fast-changing environment
- Familiarity with the local market and industry trends
- Willingness to travel as required
- Fluent in English and/or Chinese (depending on city requirements)
