The Role
The Core Operations Associate supports the delivery and success of Core, which are hyper‑curated 8‑12 person peer groups facilitated by an experienced executive coach. Core groups meet monthly for 90‑minute peer coaching sessions, allowing members to connect over shared experiences and problem‑solve leadership challenges. Many Chief members consider their Core group a “personal board of advisors.”
Responsibilities- Partner with Core Team members to support the operational logistics of Core.
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure proper execution of Core Operations for both Chief members and guides.
- Document processes clearly in Notion and Google Drive for broader team knowledge and training.
- Respond to and close assigned cases in a timely manner.
- Pay close attention to detail, know when to handle issues, and when to escalate to managers.
- Support the execution of the Core Group curation process, ensuring all Core Groups are curated to give members a powerful group of peers.
- Own day‑to‑day scheduling operations of Core, including initial meeting schedules and any subsequent reschedules.
- Moderate and respond to cross‑functional Core support channels with support from Core Ops Specialists and/or managers to troubleshoot member questions about Core meetings and scheduling.
- Execute individual Core changes and associated member communications on a rolling basis.
- Execute processes to remove disengaged members from groups and associated member communications.
- Support key back‑end processes to ensure a high‑quality group experience, including group surveys, merges, retirements, and customized group solutions.

- Experience working in Excel and Google Sheets.

- A “no task is too small” attitude.
- High‑energy, flexible, and excited to learn and roll up your sleeves in a startup environment; previous startup experience a plus.
